11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of full/first installment payment.
During this time, they may switch programs or withdraw with a refund (minus INR 5,000 admin fee).
No refunds will be processed after the cooling-off period.
Students who use batch transfer or pause options are not eligible for refunds.
A student who purchases the program at a discounted price is not eligible for a refund.
Loans disbursed through NBFCs are non-cancellable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
